I find out today if my proposal for a legal battle I'm in is going to be approved, or if they're going to take me to court. I don't have the money to pay the settlement, but I really want to avoid court at all costs. Please pray for favour - that my proposal would be accepted and that we could settle out of court. Please also pray that I'll have a way to pay the settlement. I'm so anxious and stressed; I just want this to be over and done with.
Oh Lord, I do not know the details of what has brought this person to this stressful situation, but you do. And you already have a plan to work it out for good. i pray first for peace this one in trouble, I pray that you would give him/her the confidence that they can trust you for bringing this to a purposeful resolution. I pray that it be worked out in a way that is honoring to you . I ask that you provide finances as needed ... and give clarity and light to the situation and circumstances that brought it about - that justice as well as mercy will rule. In Jesus' name I pray .. Please pray for my daughter, she has profound dyslexia & at 13 yrs old, is reading on the level of a 6 yr old. It is a daily struggle & it breaks my heart to see her cry over it. I know God does not make mistakes & that he knew about this learning disability from the beginning of time, but It is still hard on this mama. Thank you for lifting her up.

Oh Father, you more than anyone else understand the ache of a mother's heart to see her child struggle or suffer. I pray that you give this mother inspired wisdom to know how best to support and encourage her daughter. I pray for this dear girl and I ask that you draw out and make room for the giftings that you have given her that she can find confidence knowing where she is strong. And I know that you can heal her dyslexia ... and cause the disability to disappear. Help her to reach the full potential that you have planned for her and may she take pleasure in who she is, your beautiful creation, and not feel in any way that she is 'less than' the peers around her. Thank you for your continued prayers about my home and work situation with my baby. My heart wants to be with my baby full time as a stay at home mom. We would like to try for another baby. I have been offered a job that I have always wanted to try. I am unsure about what to do as I could work at this job and gain maternity benefits. I don't want my daughter to go to daycare. We asked her grandma to watch her but she's not sure if she can. I ask for God's clear provision about what to do here. I would only have to work a few months to gain full maternity benefits. Then I would be home with her and our newborn. I have also been offered 50% employment and then she could be in care and I'd be with her for the rest of the time. I truly thank God for providing so many options. I ask Him to clear me a clear answer as I now only have a few days before the deadline to apply for a leave. I need you to direct me God. I am so confused and anxious about this decision. Lord help me. I pray for answers and assurance. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
Dear Lord, I continue to pray for this young mother seeking to find direction to make the right life choices.. Sometimes we are too close to the situation to see clearly and too emotionally invested and too afraid of making the wrong choices. That is why you have put people around us who can give us godly advice and guidance. i pray that you would inspire this husband/father to take the leadership role in his family and be able to be the support his wife needs, and be able to help her to make the right decisions. I pray that they would be in unity and harmony and work together to seek your direction for their lives. I pray that her extended family as well would be of one voice in what is the wisest decision for her. And may she also hear your voice clearly - you have given children mothers/fathers to raise them and you desire that to be the foremost consideration in our minds when we make decisions - what is best for my child/children. Thank you for your prayer. I have sought advice from family. They suggest part time work and she attend childcare in the morning. I am sometimes ok with it and other times it truly breaks my heart. I am still so torn. She seems so little to be left alone with strangers. I pray that I clearly hear God's direction and feel that certainty. The deadline is tomorrow for Submitting request. I know I will be asked about it today. I feel like crying. God help!

Dear Father, I feel the anxiousness of this young mom and wish there was a way of assuring her that it will be okay. This thing called, motherhood is such a lifetime learning curve from those first concerns about an unknown rash, to switching that little person to a big bed, to preschool or Kindergarten and the letting go, no matter when, it hurts. It even hurts when our wee girl turns eighteen and goes off the college . . . or 28 and headed across the ocean. I don't know what I'd do if I could not have entrusted my girl to You, who can take better care of her than I ever could. So, I pray, dear Lord, that You give this young mom Your peace in knowing that You will care for her daughter and that she can go ahead with confidence, through the door You have opened for her. Amen

Please, please continue to pray for my husband I. He has agreed to try couples counseling. it is a last resort for him and I am so frightened that he will not be open enough to the process for it to work. my heart is breaking with the idea that our marriage, our family might end. I love him and feel so strongly that are issues are more born of his chronic pain than a lack of love. I am so alone. Please pray for us.
Father God, I stand with this wife fighting for her marriage.... and we do not have to ask where your heart is, what your will is - we know that you hate divorce and you long for this marriage to be healed and this family bound together by love for you and each other. I pray for this wife to be able to rest in knowing that you are fighting her battle, that her desire is according to your will and purposes. I pray that she will walk in confidence and not in fear, in calm and not in anxiety, in wisdom expressed in wise words and godly responses. I would ask for my sister in law who recently had a serious surgery, she has more faith and loves God like no one else I know. He has healed her from other serious illness so I know He can and will this also. Her faith has not wavered but I see she is a bit depressed as she cannot physically do what she needs and must rely on others for much. Her finances are in quite a mess also due to not been able to work for 5 weeks and having been told it will be 8 more- at least. Thank you and God Bless

I pray that you remove all things that would hinder or distract... all darts or devices of the enemy that would harm or destroy. I pray that you cause this husband to lose hold of all the reasons he believes his marriage is over... and turn his thoughts and heart back to all that he has and does value in the wife You have given him. I pray for special divine wisdom for this counselor that his insight and words of wisdom would come straight from Your mouth. I pray a peace in and over this wife that she would be in a bubble of your protection and feel your reassuring hand on her shoulder. Firstly, I want to thank you for the inspiration and blessing I have received from your blog over the past couple of years. I have always hesitated to ask for prayers on my behalf especially when I know that people have offered prayers for me over the past several years. Tonight for some reason I have the courage to reach out in this way. I suffered a spinal injury many years ago and after seeing many doctors, specialists, having surgery, accupuncture, osteopathic treatment , and physio therapy still suffer from chronic pain that seems to be taking over my life. I'm no longer the same person and things seem pretty grim. I humbly ask for prayer for the courage and strength to undergo yet another form of treatment that appears to be my only option left. Thank you.
Dear Father, I pray for this dear one who is suffering and has seen no healing from the many tests, and treatments she has undergone. Lord, I'm going to ask for the miraculous -- I ask, Lord, that you reach out your healing hand and restore to perfect health her spinal cord, undoing all the damage the injury did and all the resulting pain and disability. You can so easily do what the doctors cannot! .. But if you choose to heal through this last procedure then I ask that it be the answer she is needing. Fill her with faith, with trust in you that you will do above and beyond what she could think to wish for.... Please pray for our baby girl. She is just a week shy of 15 months and was diagnosed with a peanut allergy. I am terrified for her safety. She is scheduled to go into daycare in the fall. I am so scared to send her anywhere. We have to do blood work. I pray for a miracle and she doesn't Have it.
O Father, you understand the parent heart that is faced with something that threatens the well being of their child. You perfectly knit this darling girl in her mother's womb and you are watching over her. You know about the peanut allergy and you can heal her instantly and miraculously...it is a small thing for you. But we are also thankful for the medical profession that you have gifted with wisdom and knowledge and thank you for bringing this condition to the fore where it can be dealt with and thank you too for the awareness of peanut allergies in daycares and schools and the peanut free environment that is today so commonly provided to avoid any problems for children who have the peanut allergy. Calm this mother's heart and give her a confidence and peace about it knowing that you will be watching over her daughter to keep her safe. I asked for prayer a few weeks ago for a legal battle I'm in the middle of. I just heard from my lawyer that the lawyers for the other side are in the process of "taking instructions" from their client. Please pray that they will accept my settlement and that the "instructions" they're giving are not for court proceedings. Please pray boldly, as this would be a miracle that is only possible with the Lord's intervention. Thank you!
Lord, you hear the things spoken in the dark. You are able to bring justice where men plot deception. I pray for this legal situation that you would bring it to a conclusion that speaks of your miraculous intervention. May the offered settlement be accepted and the case declared closed and no court proceedings needed or called for. I really need prayer about my work situation; it is full of pressure, so draining & affecting my health. I have been struggling a very long time; years, & it is really wearing on me! I am weary; I need rest desperately & I bring my burden to Jesus & also to the Mennonite Girls Can Cook community. I know that the Lord has something better for me; I am afraid of what to do or how to proceed. I need to surrender my fears & give it all to Jesus. Last month I asked you to pray for my husband because of a kidney disease. We just got the report from his nephrologist (kidney doctor) that his numbers are wonderful and he will not need dialyses at this time. I think this also scared him into following what the doctor said to do. Thank you for remembering him and praying for him. I know prayer works and that God is wonderful! Thanks again.

Please pray for my dear friend Nadja and her family. Nadja has an aggressive form of leukemia and just suffered through two stem cell transplants both of which failed. She spent 8 months in isolation at a cancer treatment center and has now been sent home to wait for the inevitable.
Oh Lord, there are times our hearts break for the suffering/sorrow that comes into someone's life or the life of a dearly loved one. I bring Nadja before your throne and ask for a miracle of healing -- that you lay your hand upon her and fill her with your Spirit of love and strength. It is a small thing for you to heal someone ... yet we know that sometimes you choose another way. Lord I pray that you cover Nadja with your peace and presence... that she be free from pain and enjoy the time that you have given her in a way that glorifies you and blesses her loved ones. Comfort those that face saying good-bye -- you understand that even know we know our good-byes are not forever, they hurt and we miss those that have filled such an important part of our life. I am asking for prayer for strength as my son is getting married and my strength is so limited to do the things that need to be done. My son and his fiance needs my support as we have no other family in this country who can help, and my strength in this time, and my encouragement and support is so important for them both. I struggle with anxiety and I have been broken so many times in my life due to abuse, but I am so ready to accept our Father's strength and help to be strong. I start my new job tomorrow, and haven't worked in thirteen years outside the role of being a housewife and at home mom. I'm so anxious and nervous. Please pray for comfort, relaxation, and that I have as much fun doing this as I think I will. :) Venturing out for the first time is incredibly scary to me.

I would like to request for a prayer for my son, Brian, been struggling with his finances. He's been looking for a good paying job lately, the ones he applied for is not working out for him with either a place to stay, no accomodations, and been frustrated over it. The current positions he has is not giving him a raise due to limited budget to cover employees. Pray for a raise and a promotion. Thank You for praying.

I had a PET scan on June 4th and I'd really love if you can pray that the report indicates NO cancer in my body. I had breast cancer in 2011 and recently had a kidney removed which had encapsulated cancer cells. Thank you for your prayers...I'm truly grateful.
Lord, I bring this broken relationship before you and ask for it to be restored. You know what caused the hurt and/or offense and you know what will heal it. I pray that both brother and sister will be willing to do whatever is possible for them to do - that they would desire to give and accept forgiveness and that they will be able to once again enjoy and share the love that is so special between siblings. Repair the broken parts, heal the hurting parts, fill the empty places with thankfulness and cover the distance between them with love ! But you do not change, your promises do not fail... You have said you will provide all our needs out of your riches. I am needing a prayer for my siblings we all don't communicate at times. Pray we all should not be like childish and feel grudges against each others. We all raised in Mennonite denominations.
Lord, I pray for this family of siblings that they would appreciate the gift they are to each other. I pray that they would have hearts of love that they would be understanding rather than easily take offence, loving rather than childish. I am asking for prayer for my 83 yr old mother, Hazel. She fainted last week, was rushed to the hospital, woke up and was back to her normal self. The doctor diagnosed her she has very low iron, and somewhere she's bleeding and will be having colonscopy done soon. I really need your prayer my mother will be fine and will not go through another surgery.
Dear Father, I join this loving daughter in praying for her mother Hazel. Thank you for protecting her when she fainted that she was not hurt, and was it your way of alerting them to something that needed attention? I pray that you heal her even before the tests are done and that no surgery will be necessary. Give her doctor wisdom. I try to have compassion for everyone, even if they are acting hurtful towards me. I am very frustrated with my landlady who has been unkind, invasive and rude. I wish I could forgive her and let go of my anger but it's proving difficult as I've never met someone as difficult as her. Please help me pray for her to find peace and for me to learn to be more understanding even if someone is acting unkind....
Lord, I pray for Mel who has a heart desiring to see others as you see them. I pray that you give Mel supernatural insight into the heart/life of this landlady. Help her to see the hurtful and rude actions of the landlord, as an expression of the hurt/anger that fills this woman's heart. Help Mel to find ways to return her unkindness with unexpected grace and compassion. You have entrusted this landlady to Mel's influence - perhaps there have been many others that have been hurt by this lady - and you want to reach her through Mel, to change her. Give Mel much grace and strength and patience as well as wisdom to know how and what to do. No one is beyond your reach and I pray that you would move in this woman's heart - may she seek you in her pain and emptiness and may she see in Mel what she is looking for. Hi I am requesting prayers of healing for my young daughter Cherish who is addicted to injection drugs( using needles in her arms or some part of body to inject drugs into her system to get high) and my young son Daylon who is smoking Crystal Meth to get high and addicted to this, please I really need prayers for my children before they ruin their lives , at one time my children where never addicted to drugs or alcohol , yes we need prayers, I beilive in the Lord Jesus and in the heavenly Father, I have a full time job that takes me away from home for 2 weeks and home for 2 weeks and I am also the guardian to Cherish's 2 beautiful boys ( Nathaniel ,6 and Jayden, 2) , I am praying that Cherish will be healthy once again to parent her boys,please and thank you
My teenaged son suffers greatly with mental illness. It is a constant challenge for my husband and I along with our other children to cope with his ever changing needs and demands. We would appreciate loving prayer for him. He spends most of his time alone in his room. He is in great need of finding coping mechanisms to help him integrate into our family. I need help! Hello sisters and brothers in the Lord, My son who is turning 20 in October has taken a very scary road, he has started hanging around with some bad individuals. He has fallen into drugs. He was raised in a Christian home so he does know Jesus loves him. His earthly father left me, him and his sister who is also suffering. This happened about eight years ago. He went to see his father and still his hopes for a relationship and love just wasn't there. I know all he wanted was approval and love. My children are hurt to the core. This has causes them to question God. So please help me in prayer to help them, for their hearts and minds to remember what they have been taught and for God's love to warm their hearts.

I would like prayer for my life. I am starting a new teaching job in the fall. I am nervous because I have never taught high school but feel very blessed to teach in my passion area. I am worried about doing a good job. My baby is also starting daycare. I hope that she does not cry and feel sad. I hope its the best situation for all. I'm worried about my baby getting Her immunization tomorrow. She is at risk for febrile seizures. I am scared about the vaccine effects too. I know research says it won't cause autism but I am scared. God help.

I am heartbroken and crying. I took my daughter for her first daycare visit today. I felt the staff were unkind, negative, and inattentive to all the children there. They complained about their job and the kids. They did not mentor or guide the children but yelled at them. They did not engage them. I watched children to unattended and be involved in unsafe situation. I left crying about my deicion to take her there and to return to work. I feel an incredible sadness. We are going back tomorrow. I'm bringing my husband for his perception. I worry because We need a September start. And that doesn't leave time Left. What to do God? Help!
Oh Lord, you see this hear-burdened mother who cannot bear to leave her child where she does not feel she is safe. Father, I ask that you provide the care that is needed from someone that you miraculously bring across her path. Provide a care giver that is loving and kind and able to give care to this child that she needs and her mother needs for her. Or, I ask that you change circumstances in such a way that this mother does not have to work and can stay home to care for her little one. You have answers where everything looks dark, and you have a plan where it looks like none is possible... and your loving care is over them, even as they are frightened and unsure of what to do or where to go . My sister-in-law Diane in Virginia is in intensive care with an auto-immune disease which is destroying her lungs and kidneys. She is also experiencing severe side effects from the drugs she is being given to suppress her immune system. She is a woman of faith and is looking for the Lord to be glorified in her suffering. She prayed for and encouraged me last year when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is in need of prayers for the Lord's mercy and healing.

I asked you for prayers a few months ago for my husband and today he is doing so much better. Now I am going to ask you to pray for a friend who is a teacher. She and her husband already have a beautiful two year old son and were expecting another baby at the end of October. She had a huge problem - placenta previa last Friday and gave birth to a little boy, barely 3 pounds. She is still having problems but so far their son is holding his own. Please pray for our financial needs, that our G-d will Provide His Way to pay off every debt. My dear husband, at 69, is still working very hard, which he loves to do. However, this is becoming harder as we get older. We were in business (small business) for many years, but, alas, due to economic issues, this changed drastically. (Ie. work we once had 'dried up') We desperately need a financial Miracle, however our Father chooses to do so/Provides. i am also asking for my husband, that IF G-d has a better job for him (Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth, as it is in heaven!) that HE will open doors of opportunity, where my husband can use/share, the skills of many years that he has learned, and continues to learn, by G-d's Grace. Please pray also that we will continually hand over all the stresses in our lives, giving Him the burdens to carry. This can be hard to do! I am standing in the need of prayer.....just getting started with this thing called Cervical Adenocarcinoma stage 3. We are so overwhelmed and don't have all the test back yet, waiting on a PET Scan. I am needing a prayer for my grand children; Tried a temp to visit them at school yesterday, their mother was awaiting for us to show up; and she still won't allow us to see/visit my grand children, she blocked us and she called a police on us for not see them. I fall short on some of my pressing bills, and didn't make the time to pay it. I am not getting ahead, and working my head off doing some overtime for my daily needs. I find out today if my proposal for a legal battle I'm in is going to be approved, or if they're going to take me to court. I don't have the money to pay the settlement, but I really want to avoid court at all costs. Please pray for favour - that my proposal would be accepted and that we could settle out of court. Please also pray that I'll have a way to pay the settlement. I'm so anxious and stressed; I just want this to be over and done with.

Please pray for my daughter, she has profound dyslexia & at 13 yrs old, is reading on the level of a 6 yr old. It is a daily struggle & it breaks my heart to see her cry over it. I know God does not make mistakes & that he knew about this learning disability from the beginning of time, but It is still hard on this mama. Thank you for lifting her up.

I have been offered a job that I have always wanted to try. I am unsure about what to do as I could work at this job and gain maternity benefits. I don't want my daughter to go to daycare. We asked her grandma to watch her but she's not sure if she can. I ask for God's clear provision about what to do here. I would only have to work a few months to gain full maternity benefits. Then I would be home with her and our newborn. I have also been offered 50% employment and then she could be in care and I'd be with her for the rest of the time. I truly thank God for providing so many options. I ask Him to clear me a clear answer as I now only have a few days before the deadline to apply for a leave. I need you to direct me God. I am so confused and anxious about this decision. Lord help me. I pray for answers and assurance. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
Dear Lord, I continue to pray for this young mother seeking to find direction to make the right life choices.. Sometimes we are too close to the situation to see clearly and too emotionally invested and too afraid of making the wrong choices. That is why you have put people around us who can give us godly advice and guidance. i pray that you would inspire this husband/father to take the leadership role in his family and be able to be the support his wife needs, and be able to help her to make the right decisions. I pray that they would be in unity and harmony and work together to seek your direction for their lives. I pray that her extended family as well would be of one voice in what is the wisest decision for her. And may she also hear your voice clearly - you have given children mothers/fathers to raise them and you desire that to be the foremost consideration in our minds when we make decisions - what is best for my child/children. Thank you for your prayer. I have sought advice from family. They suggest part time work and she attend childcare in the morning. I am sometimes ok with it and other times it truly breaks my heart. Lord, our faith walk is one step at a time... and if we take a wrong step you always provide a way back to your perfect path. I pray for this young mother that you give her the peace of heart and mind to take that 'step' of walking in the advice her family gave her. May she learn the secret of "THIS day" - one day, one step at a time, and know that you will always open and close the doors that she encounters. Dear Father, I feel the anxiousness of this young mom and wish there was a way of assuring her that it will be okay. This thing called, motherhood is such a lifetime learning curve from those first concerns about an unknown rash, to switching that little person to a big bed, to preschool or Kindergarten and the letting go, no matter when, it hurts. It even hurts when our wee girl turns eighteen and goes off the college . . . or 28 and headed across the ocean. I don't know what I'd do if I could not have entrusted my girl to You, who can take better care of her than I ever could. So, I pray, dear Lord, that You give this young mom Your peace in knowing that You will care for her daughter and that she can go ahead with confidence, through the door You have opened for her.

Please, please continue to pray for my husband I. He has agreed to try couples counseling. it is a last resort for him and I am so frightened that he will not be open enough to the process for it to work. my heart is breaking with the idea that our marriage, our family might end. I love him and feel so strongly that are issues are more born of his chronic pain than a lack of love. I am so alone. Please pray for us.
Father God, I stand with this wife fighting for her marriage.... and we do not have to ask where your heart is, what your will is - we know that you hate divorce and you long for this marriage to be healed and this family bound together by love for you and each other.

Cause him to 'see' his wife as the one he choose to share his life with, the one to whom he gave his heart, the one he loved and still loves. May his desire to leave the marriage change to a desire to restore, to find a new beginning IN the marriage and not outside of it. Lord, I ask for your miracle of restoration ... I would ask for my sister in law who recently had a serious surgery, she has more faith and loves God like no one else I know. He has healed her from other serious illness so I know He can and will this also. Her faith has not wavered but I see she is a bit depressed as she cannot physically do what she needs and must rely on others for much. Her finances are in quite a mess also due to not been able to work for 5 weeks and having been told it will be 8 more- at least.

Firstly, I want to thank you for the inspiration and blessing I have received from your blog over the past couple of years. I have always hesitated to ask for prayers on my behalf especially when I know that people have offered prayers for me over the past several years. Tonight for some reason I have the courage to reach out in this way. I suffered a spinal injury many years ago and after seeing many doctors, specialists, having surgery, accupuncture, osteopathic treatment , and physio therapy still suffer from chronic pain that seems to be taking over my life. I'm no longer the same person and things seem pretty grim. I humbly ask for prayer for the courage and strength to undergo yet another form of treatment that appears to be my only option left. Thank you.
Dear Father, I pray for this dear one who is suffering and has seen no healing from the many tests, and treatments she has undergone. Lord, I'm going to ask for the miraculous -- I ask, Lord, that you reach out your healing hand and restore to perfect health her spinal cord, undoing all the damage the injury did and all the resulting pain and disability. You can so easily do what the doctors cannot! .. But if you choose to heal through this last procedure then I ask that it be the answer she is needing. Fill her with faith, with trust in you that you will do above and beyond what she could think to wish for.... Please pray for our baby girl. She is just a week shy of 15 months and was diagnosed with a peanut allergy. I am terrified for her safety. She is scheduled to go into daycare in the fall. I am so scared to send her anywhere. We have to do blood work. I pray for a miracle and she doesn't Have it.
O Father, you understand the parent heart that is faced with something that threatens the well being of their child. You perfectly knit this darling girl in her mother's womb and you are watching over her. You know about the peanut allergy and you can heal her instantly and miraculously...it is a small thing for you. But we are also thankful for the medical profession that you have gifted with wisdom and knowledge and thank you for bringing this condition to the fore where it can be dealt with and thank you too for the awareness of peanut allergies in daycares and schools and the peanut free environment that is today so commonly provided to avoid any problems for children who have the peanut allergy. Calm this mother's heart and give her a confidence and peace about it knowing that you will be watching over her daughter to keep her safe. Bless this family, Lord, with your abundant grace and cover them with your tender care.... in Jesus' name amen
I asked for prayer a few weeks ago for a legal battle I'm in the middle of. I just heard from my lawyer that the lawyers for the other side are in the process of "taking instructions" from their client. Please pray that they will accept my settlement and that the "instructions" they're giving are not for court proceedings. Please pray boldly, as this would be a miracle that is only possible with the Lord's intervention. Thank you!
Lord, you hear the things spoken in the dark. You are able to bring justice where men plot deception. I pray for this legal situation that you would bring it to a conclusion that speaks of your miraculous intervention. May the offered settlement be accepted and the case declared closed and no court proceedings needed or called for. I really need prayer about my work situation; it is full of pressure, so draining & affecting my health. I have been struggling a very long time; years, & it is really wearing on me! I am weary; I need rest desperately & I bring my burden to Jesus & also to the Mennonite Girls Can Cook community. I know that the Lord has something better for me; I am afraid of what to do or how to proceed. I need to surrender my fears & give it all to Jesus. Last month I asked you to pray for my husband because of a kidney disease. We just got the report from his nephrologist (kidney doctor) that his numbers are wonderful and he will not need dialyses at this time. I think this also scared him into following what the doctor said to do. Thank you for remembering him and praying for him. I know prayer works and that God is wonderful! Thanks again.

Please pray for my dear friend Nadja and her family. Nadja has an aggressive form of leukemia and just suffered through two stem cell transplants both of which failed. She spent 8 months in isolation at a cancer treatment center and has now been sent home to wait for the inevitable.
Oh Lord, there are times our hearts break for the suffering/sorrow that comes into someone's life or the life of a dearly loved one. I bring Nadja before your throne and ask for a miracle of healing -- that you lay your hand upon her and fill her with your Spirit of love and strength. It is a small thing for you to heal someone ... yet we know that sometimes you choose another way. Lord I pray that you cover Nadja with your peace and presence... that she be free from pain and enjoy the time that you have given her in a way that glorifies you and blesses her loved ones. Comfort those that face saying good-bye -- you understand that even know we know our good-byes are not forever, they hurt and we miss those that have filled such an important part of our life. I am asking for prayer for strength as my son is getting married and my strength is so limited to do the things that need to be done. My son and his fiance needs my support as we have no other family in this country who can help, and my strength in this time, and my encouragement and support is so important for them both. I struggle with anxiety and I have been broken so many times in my life due to abuse, but I am so ready to accept our Father's strength and help to be strong. I start my new job tomorrow, and haven't worked in thirteen years outside the role of being a housewife and at home mom. I'm so anxious and nervous. Please pray for comfort, relaxation, and that I have as much fun doing this as I think I will. :) Venturing out for the first time is incredibly scary to me.

I would like to request for a prayer for my son, Brian, been struggling with his finances. He's been looking for a good paying job lately, the ones he applied for is not working out for him with either a place to stay, no accomodations, and been frustrated over it. I had a PET scan on June 4th and I'd really love if you can pray that the report indicates NO cancer in my body. I had breast cancer in 2011 and recently had a kidney removed which had encapsulated cancer cells. Thank you for your prayers...I'm truly grateful.

I am asking for prayer for my 83 yr old mother, Hazel. She fainted last week, was rushed to the hospital, woke up and was back to her normal self. The doctor diagnosed her she has very low iron, and somewhere she's bleeding and will be having colonscopy done soon. I really need your prayer my mother will be fine and will not go through another surgery.

I try to have compassion for everyone, even if they are acting hurtful towards me. I am very frustrated with my landlady who has been unkind, invasive and rude. I wish I could forgive her and let go of my anger but it's proving difficult as I've never met someone as difficult as her. Please help me pray for her to find peace and for me to learn to be more understanding even if someone is acting unkind....
Lord, I pray for Mel who has a heart desiring to see others as you see them. I pray that you give Mel supernatural insight into the heart/life of this landlady. Help her to see the hurtful and rude actions of the landlord, as an expression of the hurt/anger that fills this woman's heart. Help Mel to find ways to return her unkindness with unexpected grace and compassion. You have entrusted this landlady to Mel's influence - perhaps there have been many others that have been hurt by this lady - and you want to reach her through Mel, to change her. Give Mel much grace and strength and patience as well as wisdom to know how and what to do. No one is beyond your reach and I pray that you would move in this woman's heart - may she seek you in her pain and emptiness and may she see in Mel what she is looking for. My teenaged son suffers greatly with mental illness. It is a constant challenge for my husband and I along with our other children to cope with his ever changing needs and demands. My son who is turning 20 in October has taken a very scary road, he has started hanging around with some bad individuals. He has fallen into drugs. He was raised in a Christian home so he does know Jesus loves him. His earthly father left me, him and his sister who is also
suffering. This happened about eight years ago. He went to see his father and still his hopes for a relationship and love just wasn't there. I know all he wanted was approval and love. My children are hurt to the core. This has causes them to question God. So please help me in prayer to help them, for their hearts and minds to remember what they have been taught and for God's love to warm their hearts.
Father I pray for this broken family, struggling to keep you in the pieces that are left. Thank you for this mother whose heart is to see her children safe in you. Help them to see and believe that you the Father they need, the Father they can trust, who loves and cared for them. Heal their hurt, their pain. I would like prayer for my life. I am starting a new teaching job in the fall. I am nervous because I have never taught high school but feel very blessed to teach in my passion area. I am worried about doing a good job. My baby is also starting daycare. I hope that she does not cry and feel sad. I hope its the best situation for all. I'm worried about my baby getting Her immunization tomorrow. She is at risk for febrile seizures. I am scared about the vaccine effects too. I know research says it won't cause autism but I am scared. God help.

I am heartbroken and crying. I took my daughter for her first daycare visit today. I felt the staff were unkind, negative, and inattentive to all the children there. They complained about their job and the kids. They did not mentor or guide the children but yelled at them. They did not engage them. I watched children to unattended and be involved in unsafe situation. I left crying about my deicion to take her there and to return to work. I feel an incredible sadness. We are going back tomorrow. I'm bringing my husband for his perception. I worry because We need a September start. And that doesn't leave time

Oh Lord, you see this hear-burdened mother who cannot bear to leave her child where she does not feel she is safe. Father, I ask that you provide the care that is needed from someone that you miraculously bring across her path. Provide a care giver that is loving and kind and able to give care to this child that she needs and her mother needs for her. Or, I ask that you change circumstances in such a way that this mother does not have to work and can stay home to care for her little one. You have answers where everything looks dark, and you have a plan where it looks like none is possible... and your loving care is over them, even as they are frightened and unsure of what to do or where to go . My sister-in-law Diane in Virginia is in intensive care with an auto-immune disease which is destroying her lungs and kidneys. She is also experiencing severe side effects from the drugs she is being given to suppress her immune system. She is a woman of faith and is looking for the Lord to be glorified in her suffering. She prayed for and encouraged me last year when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is in need of prayers for the Lord's mercy and healing.

I asked you for prayers a few months ago for my husband and today he is doing so much better. Now I am going to ask you to pray for a friend who is a teacher. She and her husband already have a beautiful two year old son and were expecting another baby at the end of October. She had a huge problem - placenta previa last Friday and gave birth to a little boy, barely 3 pounds. She is still having problems but so far their son is holding his own. Please pray for our financial needs, that our G-d will Provide His Way to pay off every debt. My dear husband, at 69, is still working very hard, which he loves to do. However, this is becoming harder as we get older. We were in business (small business) for many years, but, alas, due to economic issues, this changed drastically. (Ie. work we once had 'dried up')
We desperately need a financial Miracle, however our Father chooses to do so/Provides. i am also asking for my husband, that IF G-d has a better job for him (Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth, as it is in heaven!) that HE will open doors of opportunity, where my husband can use/share, the skills of many years that he has learned, and continues to learn, by G-d's Grace. I am standing in the need of prayer.....just getting started with this thing called Cervical Adenocarcinoma stage 3. We are so overwhelmed and don't have all the test back yet, waiting on a PET Scan. It's really hard to not let my mind think the worst outcome and cry all the time. I'm really ok with God's plans for me but it just my husband of 34 years and our 3 kids that I worry about....

I am needing a prayer for my grand children; Tried a temp to visit them at school yesterday, their mother was awaiting for us to show up; and she still won't allow us to see/visit my grand children, she blocked us and she called a police on us for not see them. So please pray that we need to do something about this, court issues etc.
I am in dire need of a prayer that my finances are giving me depressed, and frustration. I definitely live by pay check to pay check and so does my family. I fall short on some of my pressing bills, and didn't make the time to pay it. I am not getting ahead, and working my head off doing some overtime for my daily needs.
