Please pray that my son in his early 20s may heal mentally and physically from the ongoing problem he is having. Doctors and medicines do not seem to be helping and he is losing hope.

Thank you.

Dear Lord, You know the heart cry of every mother's concern for her child, her willingnes to sacrifice and desire to fix things. Sometimes we just get to the place where we cannot fix things and we call on You. I want to join this mom in asking for Your intervention, medically or otherwise, that this young man would be set free from his own prison of hopelessness and come to know health, hope, purpose and strength. May he find his biggest desires met in You. I ask, knowing that you love us all! Amen.

Please pray for me that I may get an interview and a job offer from a man named Joseph. Please pray that he will see that I am the best candidate for the job and that hiring me is the right thing to do. Thank you. This is very important to me.

Dear heavenly Father...I join you in prayer for this one who is seeking a new place of employment. If this is the job you would have for her/him, just open all the doors and make it come to pass. I ask that You give strength, calm and wisdom throughout this job-search process. We know that ultimately we can only find fulfillment if we are following Your plan for our lives. Make that plan clear to this individual...especially in the area of employment. In Jesus loving name, Amen.

Father in heaven, thankyou for Steve and Pamela! Thank you for their marriage and for your sovereignty . Lord we pray that you would work in the hearts of this couple that they would unite under these difficult circumstances and that they would be bond together as they struggle through the illness. I humbly ask for your prayer that I do finally find peace of mind. I feel sometimes I will fall off the edge. I left a mentally and emotionally abusive marriage over 2 years ago. A resolution has yet to be reached. I find it hard to remain positive as my financial situation is beyond dismal. I ask that you pray for my son, that he remains the beautiful person he is and does not suffer from my anguish. My soon to be ex also needs prayer as I do believe he is suffering from undiagnosed mental illness. Thank you and God bless.

Lovely Father, I life this dear one up to You as she seeks to find peace in this sad situation. God You alone know every detail in this situation and You are the Healer of our deepest hurts. You care about the struggles we face and are able to do more than we can humanly imagine. I pray too for the son of this family who has also suffered much. Would You show Yourself to Him in ways that cause Him to come to You for all His needs. Encourage this family through the power of Your Holy Spirit. Grant them a new measure of faith, hope and love. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen

Please pray for my daughter who is bipolar, pregnant and unmarried that she may get her life together and become a good mother to this new child and to her son who is five and now living with his Father. Please pray for me, her Mother to deal with this without anger as she is not living her life like she was raised to. My heart hurts for my Grandson who is living with his Father and worry what he will feel when his Mother sends him back to his Father's home after she has the new baby. What will this poor child feel and think. That his Mother does not love him as much? My heart is broken over this.

My mother reads your website faithfully. She has been ill and in pain for quite some time and has taken a turn for the worse. Please pray for Susan Penner and that the Lord brings her peace and for the doctors to find a way to stop the pain. She wants to be well enough to go home where she can be close to Dad, comfortable in her own surroundings, and enjoy the things she loves to do.

Lovella ♥ said...

Father in Heaven on this Easter morning when we celebrate the risen Lord we bring Susan to you. Lord, as she struggles with her health I pray that you would give her peace beyond understanding. When her pain becomes consuming I pray that you would turn her heart and mind to the promises in your word. Father you also know her loneliness for her home and her husband, and I ask that you would allow them to be able to be together in their home and once again enjoy all those things that have brought them joy over the years. Thank you Lord for hearing us when we talk to you. Thank you for sending your son to die that we might have life!
In the precious name of Jesus,
Amen.

For you Dear Anonymous brokenhearted,
Lord, Hear this plea of this brokenhearted mother for her daughter and grandchild, both the 5 year old and the unborn. Lord we don't always understand these difficult situations but we believe that you care and are holding them close even though you at times feel so far away. Please bring the right people along side of this pregnant mom, so she may walk close with you, make the decisions that are in the best interest of her and her children. I pray for this young boy, may he feel loved and cared, and I pray for this brokenhearted mother, to give it over to you and have peace in her life as she continues to love her daughter the way you call her to love her. (love is patient, kind, it always protects, trusts, hopes, perseveres, help her to love in this way) I pray this in your power and your name Lord Jesus ~Amen~

This is much the same as a prayer above as I am facing the exact same situation. I humbly ask for your prayer that I do finally find peace of mind. I feel sometimes I will fall off the edge. I left a mentally and emotionally abusive marriage 1 1/2 years ago. I find it hard to remain positive as my financial situation is beyond dismal. I ask that you pray for my children, that they remain the beautiful people they are and do not suffer from my anguish. My ex also needs prayer as he suffers daily from chronic pain. I miss my family dearly and daily think that perhaps we could be one again but I am not sure that I could go back to the pain of the marraige. Please pray that I find the right answer and happiness in whatever choice that may be. Thank you and God bless.

Father in Heaven I lift this wife and mother up to You this evening. I thank You that You are all knowing and that You desire wholeness and healing in family units. You know that pain and suffering that the members of this family have gone through and continue to face. May You draw this dear one into Your arms of love and encourage her from Your word. Speak Your truth and bring clear direction to her life and that of her ex husband. Nothing is impossible with You Father. You also know each child by name. Watch over them and may they find You to be their strength and guide. Father, I also pray that You will help this family with their daily needs. Surround them with people who will love and help them in this time of need....people who will encourage each family member as they need. May the Joy of the Lord be this womans strength. In Jesus powerful name, Amen.

I was laid off my job three years ago, and am finally faced with an opportunity to rejoin the work force. I start training tomorrow and have to pass two more tests this week so they will keep me and then 3 months of working there for them to offer me a permanent position. It seems like a very nice company to work for and I am just praying things will work out for me enjoying the job and it being a good fit for my family.

Lord Jesus,

I am not struggling personally, however there is a young woman from a nearby community who is. She was in a very bad collision, her vehicle stalled amd she was hit by a semi which has left her in a comatose state. I ask for your prayers for 18year old Renaye Wade of Mundaire Alberta. I pray for her to have a full recovery and for the suffering and pain to be as minimal as possible. Lord this young woman needs you to hold her hand and guide her through. She needs hope and love more then she probably ever did. Show her your love and give her the strength to recover and love you back.

Father, I bring this request before you this morning. I pray for this young woman who is laying in a hospital bed in Alberta. Lord, I ask that you would continue to draw others to pray for full healing. Father what a privilege it is to pray togethers with others on behalf of those who can't pray in their suffering. You are the one who can bring full healing and I ask that for this young woman. I pray for her family, that they would sense your presence and reach out to you. I pray for the one who was driving the semi that you would draw near there as well as I am sure that there must be suffering of another kind.
In Jesus mighty name,
Amen.

Dear Friends,

My name is Albert Lael from India. I am so delighted visit MGCC and know the wonderful work you are all doing. I was born and brought up in Mennonite community here. I have so many fond memories of missionaries from Canada and US ministering to us time to time in my childhood. I am a second generation believer. My father who was a Hindu dalit boy was educated by Mennonite missionaries in their boarding school back in 1940s.

After finishing my university (B.com., MBA), I have joined international mission known as Operation Mobilisation. I have serviced as the Finance Chief for over 18 years and later served as the National Director for Operation Mercy India which ran schools for Dalits and other marginalized children. I was part of it gigantic growth and I was, by God's grace, was instrumental in spearheading second half of their 100 schools.

However, due to certain changes in their ethos, practices and principles which are not in tune with Biblical teachings, I have to leave the organization. I strongly believed God called me to serve these underprivileged children and women. I, along with few other Mennonite youth, we have launched into new ministry known as RELEASE. We have picked up this name from Luke 4:18. To know more about Dalits and Release, you may visit our website www.releasenow.in (still under construction). I would request you to kindly pray for us - pray for God's guidance and breakthroughs in striking good partnerships with Churches and committed people. Pray that there will be great revolution amongst the Dalit community.

Yours brother in Christ Jesus
